Dear Fellow Libertarians,
First, I want to thank you for visiting the website today. The IT Committee has been hard at work for the last month getting the new LPF.org ready for launch. We certainly hope you like the new look!
Second, please take a moment to sign up for the newsletter. It is a goal of the Libertarian Party of Florida to communicate with you efficiently and effectively with timely and pertinent Libertarian news, views, events, and action items.
Third, we, the Libertarian Party of Florida, will be rapidly building our organizational infrastructure over the next 8 months through county organization creation and support, new methods of recruitment, and new volunteer coordination tools. We have to become bigger, faster, and stronger now.
Finally, I am asking you to get involved. It's not as scary as it sounds and it's more fun than you might think! The remainder of 2009 will be break-neck for the Libertarian Party of Florida and will be very exciting indeed. We want you here with us! Politicians looking to appease their nervous constituency, interest groups (both from the United Auto Workers and those representing Big Automotive) looking for a handout and know-nothing political pundits looking for a juicy story will all tell you this is necessary for the economic well being of the nation.
