Help the grassroots efforts in Florida by volunteering some of your personal time to help spread the message of liberty!

We are in need of some of the positions below. Please sign up and select what it is you would like to do. We will pass your information along to your local LPF affiliate who will help get you organized in your community. Let’s bring back Individual and Economic freedoms to Florida!

• Researchers
Researchers will work within their communities to find local events and report them to the local county affiliate for consideration in participation. Researchers will use the power of the web and search though meet up groups, Facebook local groups, newspapers, and city local websites to find local events such as town hall meetings, fairs, gun shows, college presentations and issue specific meet up events to pass along to their local affiliate chapter for attendance consideration.

• Issue Researchers
We need passionate libertarians who can monitor current legislation on a state and local level and report them to our libertarian groups on Facebook and Yahoo.

• Data Entry
Need Volunteers to enter data from the comfort of their own home. You will need a computer, internet access and a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel. You will be emailed an excel spreadsheet. You will gather and maintain up to date contact information from all around the web.

• Issue Specific Writers
Join our libertarian groups on Yahoo, Facebook, and review legislation news that will be posted. Writers are expected to write about the new law, its progress, who sponsored it, who signed it, what it will do, who benefit, how much it will cost and the libertarian position on this bill. Also write about how current laws are effective or ineffective at solving a problem.

• Call or email a representative, sign a petition
We need individuals to submit opinions to media outlets and government officials. Sign ballot initiatives and LPF candidate petitions.

• Event Planners
Help Affiliates coordinate an approved event. Find out rules for attending, be responsible for scheduling volunteers, supplying event with print materials, check list of items needed such as permits and supplies. Organize social networks to schedule and invite people to attend the events.

• Event Attendees
Man a booth, hand out LP material, pass out “Are you a Libertarian” quiz with membership form attached at bottom.

• Community Communicators
Find local community bulletin boards to post LPF materials such as LPF quizzes, meeting information, candidate information and more. Find places in your community such as libraries, grocery stores, parks where you can post LPF material. Update the material on a monthly basis throughout your community. Organize with the local affiliate to find such local places where our material is welcomed.
