Title: Motion to adopt the engagement letter with our CPA firm Garcia & Ortiz to conduct the 2025 Annual Audit

Motion: I move that we adopt and sign the engagement letter with our CPA firm Garcia & Ortiz in order to to conduct the Annual Audit for 2025. The maximum direct financial liability is $1,550.

Rationale: We’ve historically used this firm as long as I’ve been involved with the party. It would be time consuming to work with a new one, and this firm already has a working relationship with us. In addition, time is of the essence here, as we need to have this done by April 1.
