These remarkable individuals dedicated their lives to advancing the cause of liberty, leaving an indelible mark on our movement. They embodied the very essence of the principles championed by the Libertarian Party.
As we forge ahead in our mission to build a more free and prosperous society, let us honor their memory by continuing to uphold the ideals they held dear. May Thomas B. Rhodes, James “JJ” Jensen, John Russell Wood, and Andrew Eugene Nappi rest in peace, and may their legacies thrive in our ongoing fight for liberty.
Thomas B. Rhodes – Advocating For Individual Rights
We remember with deep respect Thomas B. Rhodes of Citrus County, who passed away on August 28th, 2021. Thomas was a tireless advocate for individual rights and limited government. His infectious passion for freedom motivated many to join our cause. Thomas’ steadfast commitment to liberty continues to inspire us as we uphold his legacy.
James J. Jensen – A Defender Of Personal Responsibility
We honor the memory of James J. Jensen of Duval County, who left us on December 6th, 2022. JJ was a staunch defender of personal responsibility and self-governance. His innovative approaches to promoting the ideals of liberty and his unwavering efforts to advance our cause were truly commendable. We deeply miss his enthusiasm and dedication.
John Russell Wood – Fostering Individualism And Community Progress
We reflect on the life of John Russell Wood of Polk County, who passed away in March 2023. John held a strong belief in the power of individualism and the potential within each person to shape a better future. His unwavering faith in the intrinsic value of every individual and his dedication to advancing libertarian principles within his community will always be remembered.
