MOTIONS AND AGENDA CHANGES ARE REQUIRED NO LATER THAN 5 DAYS BEFORE THE MEETING (MIDNIGHT ON THE FIFTH DAY PRIOR)

To: All whom it may concern

You are hereby given notice that The Executive Committee of the Libertarian Party of Florida shall conduct a special meeting via Zoom conference at the above referenced time.

The purpose of this meeting is as follows:

Accept the resignations of Mr. Rorabaugh as VC and Ms. Pacheco as Treasurer

- Appoint and approve the filling of the following EC positions:

     • Vice Chair
     • Deputy Treasurer
     • Deputy Secretary 

- Approve and appoint a special/ad hoc committee to investigate how funds may have been misspent and recommendations for the EC to resolve the matter

- Approve a list of presidential electors for the Chair to send to the Florida DoS along, with the nominated LP candidates for POTUS/ VP Chase Oliver and Mike ter Maat, to fulfill requirements for submission under F.S. 103.021

An agenda shall be posted at a later time.
